Adding `safetensors` variant of this model

Hey @nitrosocke ,
This PR adds safetensors weights for diffusers which besides being the safer alternative to load weights, it's also significantly faster (should bring model loading time down to something like 5 seconds).
This PR is tested and should be good to go.
